The Move-In / Move-Out Clean by BR Services Utah was designed to provide a smooth, safe, and stress-free transition — leaving the property spotless for move-in or move-out. Our service delivers an extremely detailed cleaning, ideal for homes that need complete care before welcoming new residents or being returned to the owner. Every area is cleaned with full attention to detail, so you can focus on your move while we take care of everything else. During this cleaning, we perform: Deep dust removal throughout all rooms Detailed cleaning of baseboards, doors, frames, and handles Full sanitization of bathrooms Interior and exterior cleaning of empty cabinets Complete degreasing and cleaning of the kitchen Exterior appliance cleaning (and interior when applicable) Cleaning of accessible walls and high-touch areas Vacuuming and floor washing as needed Final quality checks to ensure a flawless, move-ready result This service is ideal for: Clients moving into a new home who want a fully sanitized space Properties that need to be pristine before being handed back to the owner Families arriving at a new home and seeking comfort from day one Homes or apartments with dust buildup from being unoccupied With the BR Services Utah premium standard, you receive complete, careful, and high-level service — ensuring your move happens with peace of mind, confidence, and a beautifully refreshed home.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing BR Services Utah. Our services are designed with care, consistency, and quality. Please review the guidelines below. 1. Scheduling & Access Appointments are confirmed after booking. The client must provide correct access instructions (code, key, or in-person entry). If our team cannot access the home within 15 minutes, the service may be rescheduled and a fee may apply. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations may result in a 40% fee. No-show appointments are charged 100% of the service value. 3. Home Preparation Please ensure safe access and clear walkways. Pets must be secured in a separate area. Excessive clutter, dishes, laundry, or unusual conditions may require additional time or fees. 4. Service Scope Our team works based on the home’s condition at the time of service. Deep Clean, Move-In/Move-Out, and first visits may require more time. If additional time is needed, the client will be contacted before any changes are made. 5. Pricing & Adjustments Prices are based on home size, service type, and current condition. If the home is significantly more soiled or larger than reported, adjustments may be necessary. Additional tasks (fridge, oven, blinds, interior windows, laundry, etc.) have separate fees. 6. Safety & Limitations For safety reasons, our cleaners do not: • Move heavy furniture • Clean areas above arm’s reach without proper equipment • Remove mold, hazardous materials, or bio-waste • Organize personal belongings or enter unauthorized rooms 7. Satisfaction Guarantee If something was missed, please report within 24 hours. BR Services Utah will return to correct the issue at no extra cost. 8. Payment Payment is due at booking or immediately after service. Unpaid balances may lead to suspension of future services. 9. Privacy & Standards BR Services Utah respects your home and privacy.
