To ensure a calm environment and avoid accidents or stress, we kindly ask that pets are kept in a secure area during the cleaning — such as a closed room, gated outdoor space, or crate if they use one.

This helps us work efficiently and prevents situations like pets feeling anxious, getting startled by noise, or approaching cleaning products and equipment.

For safety reasons, if a pet remains loose in the home during the service, BR Services Utah cannot be held responsible for accidental escapes or incidents involving the animal.
