DEEP CLEANING — BR Services Utah What’s Included : • Deep cleaning of kitchen countertops, backsplash, sink, faucets, stovetop, exterior of cabinets, exterior of appliances, and inside/outside of microwave • Detailed bathroom cleaning: sinks, faucets, mirrors, shower walls, shower glass, reachable tiles, niches, toilet, bathtub, and high-touch surfaces • Bedroom care: bed straightening, nightstand detailing, surface cleaning, and light furniture moved when possible for deeper access • Living areas & common spaces thoroughly cleaned, including shelves, décor, tables, furniture, and light furniture shifted when needed • Full dusting of baseboards throughout the home, door frames, doors, reachable blinds, accessible fans, and commonly dusty surfaces • Cleaning of accessible interior windows and reachable window tracks • Complete floor care: full vacuuming and appropriate mopping • Premium finishing touches to restore freshness, alignment, and a refined atmosphere Important: • Homes with heavy buildup, clutter, grease, deep stains, mold, post-construction residue, or areas requiring special access may need additional time • Any additional time needed will always be communicated clearly before proceeding The Premium Deep Clean by BR Services Utah is ideal for anyone who wants a complete, detailed, and thorough cleaning of the entire home. Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing BR Services Utah. Our services are designed with care, consistency, and quality. Please review the guidelines below. 1. Scheduling & Access Appointments are confirmed after booking. The client must provide correct access instructions (code, key, or in-person entry). If our team cannot access the home within 15 minutes, the service may be rescheduled and a fee may apply. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations may result in a 40% fee. No-show appointments are charged 100% of the service value. 3. Home Preparation Please ensure safe access and clear walkways. Pets must be secured in a separate area. Excessive clutter, dishes, laundry, or unusual conditions may require additional time or fees. 4. Service Scope Our team works based on the home’s condition at the time of service. Deep Clean, Move-In/Move-Out, and first visits may require more time. If additional time is needed, the client will be contacted before any changes are made. 5. Pricing & Adjustments Prices are based on home size, service type, and current condition. If the home is significantly more soiled or larger than reported, adjustments may be necessary. Additional tasks (fridge, oven, blinds, interior windows, laundry, etc.) have separate fees. 6. Safety & Limitations For safety reasons, our cleaners do not: • Move heavy furniture • Clean areas above arm’s reach without proper equipment • Remove mold, hazardous materials, or bio-waste • Organize personal belongings or enter unauthorized rooms 7. Satisfaction Guarantee If something was missed, please report within 24 hours. BR Services Utah will return to correct the issue at no extra cost. 8. Payment Payment is due at booking or immediately after service. Unpaid balances may lead to suspension of future services. 9. Privacy & Standards BR Services Utah respects your home and privacy.
