Kitchen: countertops, backsplash, sink, faucets, stovetop, exterior of cabinets and appliances, microwave (inside & out) Bathrooms: sinks, faucets, mirrors, shower walls & glass, reachable tiles and niches, toilet, bathtub, high-touch surfaces Bedrooms: bed straightening, nightstands, surface cleaning, light furniture moved when possible Living & common areas: shelves, décor, tables, furniture, with light furniture shifted as needed Detailed dusting: baseboards, doors, frames, reachable blinds, accessible fans, commonly dusty areas Interior windows: accessible glass and reachable tracks Floors: full vacuuming and appropriate mopping Premium finishing touches: alignment, freshness, and a refined final look Important Homes with heavy buildup, clutter, grease, stains, mold, post-construction residue, or special access needs may require additional time Any extra time or adjustments are always communicated and approved before proceeding Ideal For Homes that haven’t had a deep clean in a while Spaces with accumulated dust or buildup Preparing for guests, events, or a new phase Starting a weekly or bi-weekly maintenance routine Clients seeking an elevated standard of cleanliness and finishing
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing BR Services Utah. Our services are designed with care, consistency, and quality. Please review the guidelines below. 1. Scheduling & Access Appointments are confirmed after booking. The client must provide correct access instructions (code, key, or in-person entry). If our team cannot access the home within 15 minutes, the service may be rescheduled and a fee may apply. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations may result in a 40% fee. No-show appointments are charged 100% of the service value. 3. Home Preparation Please ensure safe access and clear walkways. Pets must be secured in a separate area. Excessive clutter, dishes, laundry, or unusual conditions may require additional time or fees. 4. Service Scope Our team works based on the home’s condition at the time of service. Deep Clean, Move-In/Move-Out, and first visits may require more time. If additional time is needed, the client will be contacted before any changes are made. 5. Pricing & Adjustments Prices are based on home size, service type, and current condition. If the home is significantly more soiled or larger than reported, adjustments may be necessary. Additional tasks (fridge, oven, blinds, interior windows, laundry, etc.) have separate fees. 6. Safety & Limitations For safety reasons, our cleaners do not: • Move heavy furniture • Clean areas above arm’s reach without proper equipment • Remove mold, hazardous materials, or bio-waste • Organize personal belongings or enter unauthorized rooms 7. Satisfaction Guarantee If something was missed, please report within 24 hours. BR Services Utah will return to correct the issue at no extra cost. 8. Payment Payment is due at booking or immediately after service. Unpaid balances may lead to suspension of future services. 9. Privacy & Standards BR Services Utah respects your home and privacy.
