Between Home and Motherhood: a project about care, presence, and kindness

There are seasons in life when everything happens at once.
The body changes.
The routine shifts.
Emotions feel more tender.
And often, keeping up with the home stops being a priority — not because of neglect, but because of exhaustion, overwhelm, or a lack of energy.
It was from this understanding that Between Home and Motherhood was created.
A care project designed to support mothers who are navigating emotionally and physically demanding seasons of life.
Seasons when the home can feel heavy.
Seasons when simply breathing takes effort.
Moments any form of support makes a difference.
This project is not about charity.
It is not about exposure.
It is not about saving anyone.
It is about presence.
It is about kindness.
It is about caring for those who care.
Each month, one family is privately selected to receive a one-time, thoughtful home care service — designed to restore order, lightness, and calm during a delicate season.
Not as a solution.
But as support.
Because we believe that a cared-for environment can ease, even if just a little, the invisible weight many mothers carry.
Between Home and Motherhood is also rooted in a simple belief:
Care should not be just a service.
Care is a shared responsibility.
That is why this project exists thanks to people and professionals who believe in this same principle and choose to contribute with time, presence, and sensitivity.
This is a quiet project.
Discreet.
Without spotlights.
But full of intention.
How to participate
If you are a mother going through a difficult season — whether postpartum, a period of overwhelm, major life changes, emotional exhaustion, or simply feeling that you need a breath of relief — you are welcome to reach out.
If you know a mother who could benefit from this care, you may also write to us.
You can share your story in whatever way feels most comfortable:
By email
Through a private message
With just a few words or with more detail
Nothing needs to be public.
If, on the other hand, you feel comfortable sharing your story openly so other mothers may feel seen and less alone, that is also welcome.
Everything is received with respect, confidentiality, and care.

Your message can be short or detailed.
Nothing needs to be public.
Because above all, this project is about creating a safe space.
A space where mothers can be seen.
Heard.
Held.
Caring for those who care is also essential.
